Our client, a well known NHS Hospital based in Birmingham requires an HR Advisor to cover a maternity within the HR department.The post holder will be able to provide expert advice to managers and staff in terms of disciplinaries, grievances and performance issues, terms and conditions of service and pay processes. They will be required at times to lead on planned reward projects, such as pay reviews or benchmarking exercises and consult with trade unions or representative bodies on terms and conditions of employment.
