Leading Investment Bank seeks a Compliance professional to join their Monitoring function. The main focus of this role will be:* Performing risk assessments to prioritise areas for review and rolling out compliance review work based on the results of those risk assessments* Leading review engagements and meeting standards for delivering high quality value added reviews* Validating compliance against established policies and procedures and applicable regulations* Identifying emerging risks from the business and assessing the impact on regulatory compliance risk and on the review programmeThe ideal applicant will have:* Strong regulatory compliance, investigation or audit experience gained within a financial services, legal or regulatory environment demonstrating solid understanding of FSA rules* Strong commercial orientation and lateral thinking with proven ability to assess a diverse ranges of financial service businesses* Ability to manage regulatory projects* Willingness to take on a diverse role and to leverage personal experience and skills into new areas* Undergraduate degree equivalent to UK minimum of 2:1 (postgraduate degree would be highly desirable)To apply for this role please contact Aaron Bolton on 02073671961 or Aaron.Bolton@badenochandclark.comwww.badenochandclark.com - Let's find the career that connects with your life.Badenoch & Clark is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
